This is a very feminine article/post, but I know what you mean regarding Natasha. As a kid I always thought I'd be the first one to get married and have kids. As it turns out, life has had other plans for me so far instead. I'm enjoying my life at the moment, and I know it would have been completely different, not necessarily less enjoyable, had I gone the other route. As a man I don't have as much of the biological deadline that you ladies have regarding children. But as I get a little older I feel less compelled by society or whatever to lead my life in an expected way, and I'm appreciating being me without being forced into ill-fitting roles.
